Jeremy Boswell, PE, | ACEC Texas Board Chair
Jeremy C. Boswell, PE, serves as Senior Vice President and Strategic Growth Officer at STV. With more than 24 years of experience in transportation engineering, Jeremy combines strategic business leadership with technical expertise in program and project management, roadway and bridge design, feasibility analysis, planning, and public involvement. Throughout his career, he has guided multidisciplinary teams and complex infrastructure programs for transportation agencies and communities across Texas, Oklahoma, and beyond.
Jeremy’s portfolio includes urban and rural highways, toll facilities, municipal roadways, complex interchanges, corridor planning, railroad grade separations, electronic toll collection systems, and pedestrian improvements. His experience includes managing the $110 million John Kilpatrick Turnpike Southwest Loop and IH-40 Interchange and directing design coordination for the estimated $2.1 billion Trinity Parkway. At CP&Y, now part of STV, Jeremy served as Transportation Group Leader from 2013 to 2019 and as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors from 2015 to 2021. He is a licensed professional engineer in six states and earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University.
As Chair of ACEC Texas, Jeremy is a dedicated advocate for the consulting engineering profession and the infrastructure investments essential to the continued growth and prosperity of Texas. His professional service includes involvement with the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association, the ARTBA Surface Transportation Advisory Council, and regional business and transportation organizations. He is committed to strengthening the business environment for engineering firms, fostering industry collaboration, and supporting the next generation of engineering professionals.
