Public-Private Perfection

Kimley-Horn: The Star in Frisco (Dallas Cowboys Headquarters)

The Star in Frisco, a 91-acre multi-use development, models an unprecedented public-private partnership between the Dallas Cowboys, City of Frisco, and Frisco Independent School District (FISD). At the cornerstone of this development is Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, a 12,000-seat indoor multipurpose event center, and the Dallas Cowboys World Corporate Headquarters, which includes nearly 500,000 square feet of office, retail and restaurant space, training facilities, and two outdoor practice fields. Kimley- Horn led all civil engineering tasks associated with  the entire mixed-use development and provided the design of the surrounding infrastructure to serve The Star.
